Powertoheal.co.uk and its affiliates respect the intellectual property of others. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, email us with your complaint.
RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from Powertoheal.co.uk are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Powertoheal.co.uk does not make any warranty that the website is free from infection by viruses or anything else that has contaminating or destructive properties.
DELIVERY
Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery.
CREDIT CARD
You undertake to us that the details you give to us while using the website are correct in particular that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the product or service.
REFUND AND CANCELLATION
Workshops fee refund policy
Cancellation requests received:
• More than 10 business days before the first day of the workshop - Full refund minus a £20.00 processing fee.
• Within 5 -10 business days before the workshop - Partial refund of 50% minus a £20.00 processing fee.
• Within 4 business days before the workshop or a no show will not be refunded.
The cancellation fee will be waived if the cancelled space in the workshop is filled by a new registrant. Registrants needing to cancel are encouraged to help find an alternate participant in order to avoid the cancellation fee. No refund requests will be honoured post-workshop.
Product refunds & exchange policy
Refunds are not available for DVDs and CDs unless they are defective. If this is the case, please notify us within 14 days of purchase so that we can send you a replacement.
"1 on 1" and "Distant Healing" treatment appointments
A cancellation charge amounting to 50% of the treatment cost will be applied to bookings cancelled less than 24 hours prior to treatment. There will be no refunds for no-show clients.
The receipt of your cancellation/refund request must be confirmed by Powertoheal.co.uk within the specified period to avoid the cancellation charge.
CONTENTS, DESCRIPTION
Powertoheal.co.uk and its affiliates will do our best to correct errors and omissions as quickly as practicable after being notified of them. However because of the sophisticated technology that is required in operating Powertoheal.co.uk there may be times when obvious errors occur. For example, very occasionally, this may result in a price, product or service or other detail displayed or presented on the website being incorrect. In this case we reserve the right to cancel that contract, but this of course will be without any liability to you.
OTHER BUSINESSES
Parties other than Powertoheal.co.uk and its subsidiaries operate stores, provide services, or sell product lines on this site. In addition, we provide links to the sites of affiliated companies and certain other businesses. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating, and we do not warrant the offerings of, any of these businesses or individuals or the content of their websites.
